Listing Compliances
- Issue half yearly Certificate as required under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
- Issue Certificate under Clause 55A of Depository Participant Regulations 1996 i.e Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report.
- Assist in preparing and filing of Shareholding Pattern under Clause 35 of Listing Agreement.
- Assist in making compliances under Corporate Governance Report under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
- Assist Companies and Key Managerial Personals in making Compliances under Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover Regulations, 2011.
- Assist Company and Key Managerial Personals in making Compliances under Insider Trading Regulations issued by SEBI.
- Assist in Listing and Delisting of Shares of the Company from the Stock Exchanges and complying with the other Regulations as mentioned in the Listing Agreements.
- Liaison and co-ordinate with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents, Stock Exchange, Depositories and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
